Description
Sorghastrum nutans, also known as Indian grass is a perennial grass native to Michigan.
Plant reaches 6 feet tall and thrives and blooms in warm weather.
It prefers full sun to partial shade, medium to dry soil and will grow in clay, loam or sand.
