Description
Eutrochium maculatum, also known as Joe pye weed is a perennial wildflower native to Michigan.
Plant reaches 5 feet tall and flowers from June to September with a rose colored blossom.
It prefers full sun to partial shade, medium to wet soil and will grow in muck, clay or loam.
Joe Pye Weed can be found in our Shoreline Garden Kit because it both stabilizes the soil and attracts native butterflies and pollinators.
