Description
Coreopsis Lancelata, also known as Sand tickseed or lance leaf coreopsis.
This perennial wildflower is native to Michigan.
Plant reaches 2 feet tall and flowers from May to August with a yellow blossom.
It prefers full sun, dry soil and will grow in clay, loam or sand.
