Description
Symphyotrichum laeve, also known as smooth blue aster is a perennial wildflower native to Michigan.
Plant reaches 3 feet tall and flowers from August to October with a lavender/blue blossom.
It prefers full sun, medium to dry soil and will grow in loam or sand.
